Director, Special Education Psychologist Ojai Unified School District As a parent or teenager have you found yourself sailing on uncharted and often dangerous waters without the aid of tools, instructions or basic maps? Dr. Babayco has spent 15 years as a speaker and workshop facilitator in this field. His emphasis is to empower parents to develop positive parenting skills, to instruct high school students in becoming effective parents, and to provide parents with information and help in serving the needs of exceptional children.
